I extend my arms to receive you
I awe in wonder to the infinite blue where you reside
That same one what makes us stronger
More intense
Plenty of all of those things we dream each night
I surrender before the noble presence of your hands
I extend myself waiting for your equilibrium to make me plenty of you
I request my body to remember in itself the mounts
All the ranges that we wander on our embrace
I inhale your presence
I exhale mi solitude
I invigorate myself letting me transcend who I am…
I transform myself from the vertical singularity
And simulate a calm horizon that will later flow as the sea
I offer my open heart
And await with each breath
To transcend from Me to Us
As each moment when we become one
Again I climb the mounts
Letting life return to my hypothalamus
I empty my lungs and my soul of fears
I empty myself of the absurd
And I confront the needed length
To reach your metaphysical presence…
I confess myself small and conquered
I inhale hope again
With open arms I bathe myself on you
I close my eyes
I remember who you are, who we are
I recall your solar trip from your sublimed center
To the center of my soul…

Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation is one of the basic flows of Vinyasa Yoga and one of my favorites. Here you let a series of 12 movements to both warm up your body and feel each part of it to waken you up and get you ready for a yoga session. This poem, more than a homage to yoga itself is a homage to M, whom made me be part of this and whom I miss so much. I love you M

Surya Namaskar o Saludo al Sol es uno de los fluidos básicos del Vinyasa Yoga y uno de mis favoritos. En este fluido se permite que 12 movimientos no solo sirvan como un excelente calentamiento sino que despiertan los músculos y permiten al cuerpo alistarse para una sesión de yoga. Más que un homenaje poético a este ejercicio de mente y cuerpo, es un homenaje a M quien me introdujo en este mundo maravilloso y quien tanta falta me hace. Te amo M.
Extiendo mis brazos para recibirte
Me maravillo en el azul infinito en el que moras
Ese mismo que nos hace cada vez más fuertes
Más plenos
Mas llenos de todo aquello que soñamos cada noche
Me rindo ante la noble presencia de tus manos
Me extiendo esperando que el equilibrio me llene de vos
le pido a mi cuerpo que recuerde en si mismo los montes
cada una de las cordilleras que reconocemos en nuestro abrazo
inhalo tu presencia
exhalo mi soledad
me vigorizo con permitiéndome trascenderme a mi mismo…
Me transformo a partir de la verticalidad singular
Y simulo un horizonte en calma que luego fluirá como el mar
Ofrezco me corazón abierto
Y espero que con cada respiración
Trascienda del yo al nosotros
Como cada momento en los que volvemos a ser uno
De nuevo asciendo las cumbres
Permitiendo que la vida regrese a mi hipotálamo
Vacío mis pulmones y mi alma de miedos
Me vacío a mi mismo de absurdos
Y me enfrento de nuevo a la longitud necesaria
Para alcanzar tu metafísica presencia…
Me confieso pequeño y rendido
Respiro de nuevo la esperanza
Con brazos abiertos me cubro en vos
Cierro los ojos
Y recuerdo quien sos, quienes somos
Recuerdo tu viaje solar desde tu centro sublimado
Hasta el centro de mi alma…
